Field Sales Executive

Job Description

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients or markets to generate new business leads. Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to create interest and schedule meetings.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition. Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs effectively.

Sales Negotiation:

Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Sales Targets:

Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in line with the company's overall goals. Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer needs and market demands.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts. Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics and achievements.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
