to expand our footprint across Himachal Pradesh. You will be responsible for building a strong dealer network and driving sales of premium Quartz sinks, designer faucets, and kitchen appliances.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Acquisition:
Identify and appoint new hardware shops and modular kitchen galleries as Carysil dealers.
Relationship Management:
Visit existing dealers regularly to ensure stock availability and promote new quarterly schemes.
Project Sales:
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and builders for luxury hotel and residential projects.
Market Intelligence:
Track competitor activity and identify growth opportunities in assigned territories (e.g., Shimla, Solan, Mandi, Kangra & all other major towns).
Reporting:
Maintain daily visit reports and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
? Requirements
Experience:
1-3 years in Field Sales (Experience in building materials, hardware, paints, or sanitaryware is a major plus).
Travel:
Must be willing to travel extensively across the Himachal territory.
Communication:
Strong persuasive skills in Hindi and English.
Ownership:
A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Vehicle:
Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler.
