Role- Field Sales Executive (Health Plans)

Location: Multiple locations across Bangalore

Function: Sales - B2C & B2B (Retail & SMB Customers)

Industry Background Required: Insurance, Banking, NBFC

Role Overview:

We are looking to hire 25 Field Sales Executives responsible for promoting and selling Health Plans to both retail (B2C) and small-medium business (SMB/B2B) customers. These are full-time, on-payroll positions that require strong field sales backgrounds and fluency in Kannada.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales is mandatory Industry preference: Insurance, Banking, NBFCs Fluency in Kannada is mandatory Must own a two-wheeler (for daily travel within 3-4 km radius of assigned territory) Age below 40 years Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Compensation Details:

Fixed Salary: INR 25,000 - 35,000 (based on experience)Incentives: 15% - 20% performance-based

Petrol Allowance: Provided

Training & Onboarding:

3 Days Classroom Training - product & process7 Days On-the-Job Training - supervised customer interaction

Territory is allocated post-training completion

Work Locations (Bangalore):

Bannerghatta Road, Bommanahalli, JP Nagar, Banashankari, Nagarbhavi, Kamanahalli, Peenya, Koramangala, Kaggadaspura, Srirampura (Malleshwaram) Akshay Nagar, Whitefield

Recruitment Process:

Candidates to be sourced with relevant experience and Kannada fluency

Screening followed by scheduling for recruitment drives

Drives conducted every Wednesday & Saturday at the client's Bangalore office.
