Job Role:

We are hiring

Field Sales Executives

to promote and sell the

Pinelabs Soundbox (2-in-1 Box)

- an innovative payment solution combining QR and card payment functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Field-based sales of Pinelabs Soundbox to merchants and businesses. Identify and approach potential customers, generate leads, and close deals. Provide product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits. Ensure timely onboarding and activation of devices. Meet monthly sales targets to qualify for salary hikes and incentives.

Compensation:

Basic In-hand Salary:

?20,000 per month

Travel Allowance (TA):

?2,000 per month

Incentives:

Based on performance

Salary Growth Structure (Based on Target Achievement):

Month 1:

Close 5 deals

Month 2:

Close 10 deals

Month 3:

Close 15-18 deals

Revised Salary (after 3 months, if decided target is achieved):

?22,000 in-hand + ?2,200 TA + 10% hike on incentive payout

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred Experience in field sales is an advantage, minimum 6 months in field sales Good communication and negotiation skills Must own a smartphone and be willing to travel locally
