We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated

Field Sales Executive

to join our team in the hardware/fasteners industry. This role involves visiting customers, promoting our products, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit hardware shops, dealers, distributors, contractors, and project sites for product promotion and sales. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Achieve monthly sales and collection targets. Collect orders and ensure timely delivery coordination. Report daily field activities, customer feedback, and competitor updates. Build brand awareness and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

Fresher / 0-1 year of experience in sales or marketing (hardware/building material/fasteners industry preferred).

Must own a

2-wheeler with a valid driving license

. Basic communication skills in local language Tamil Energetic, confident, and willing to travel extensively. Passion to build a career in sales and grow with the company.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
