We are looking for an energetic and results-driven

Field Sales Executive

to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have strong

B2C sales

experience and a passion for marketing unique products such as building materials, indoor/outdoor playground equipment, and gym setups. If you have excellent convincing power and can communicate effectively in Hindi, Gujarati, and English, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Product Demonstration:

Clearly describe and demonstrate our range of products (Building materials, Playground equipment, Gym equipment, and Indoor game equipment) to potential customers.

Client Needs Analysis:

Understand the specific requirements of clients and recommend the best solutions to meet their needs.

Field Marketing:

Actively visit sites and potential customers to market products and generate leads.

Sales Conversion:

Use strong convincing skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Documentation:

Maintain clear writing standards for orders and client communications.

Requirements

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in Field Sales (B2C experience is highly preferred).

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in

Hindi and Gujarati

(Speaking); Good command of

English

(Written).

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation power. Ability to work independently in the field.

Schedule

Day shift 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
