We are hiring a dynamic BDE (Field Sales) with experience in loan products. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets through field activities.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits and referrals
Sell loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP)
Explain loan features, eligibility & process to customers
Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, etc.)
Follow up with customers for approvals & disbursement
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build strong relationships with customers & channel partners
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
Maintain daily sales activity reports
Requirements:
1-3 years experience in loan field sales
Good communication & negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Bike & valid driving license mandatory
Knowledge of Surat local market preferred
Education:
Graduate in any stream
Preferred:
Experience in NBFC / Bank / DSA
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
