Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits Meet potential clients and present products/services effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems Follow up on leads and ensure timely collection of payments Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery Represent the company professionally in the market

Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Biotechnology , Bioscience , BBA , MBA) Proven experience in field sales or direct sales (1-3 years or as required) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area Ability to work independently and meet targets Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Valid driving license
