Field Sales Executive

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to promote banking products and onboard new customers. This is a field-based role involving local travel and direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers for banking products Field visits and offsite marketing activities Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products Handle basic customer queries Achieve assigned sales targets

Products:

Savings Account, Current Account, Salary Account, Insurance, Mutual Funds

Requirements:

Good communication skills Sales mindset and target-driven approach Comfortable with field work and local travel Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory) Smartphone (Android/iOS)

Experience:

Freshers can apply (up to 6 months experience preferred)

Salary & Benefits:

Package: ₹2.24 LPA Fixed CTC: ₹18,000/month In-hand: approx. ?15,500 Performance-based incentives upto ?50,000
