Identify and approach potential customers across industrial segments using sodium silicate products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field visits and client interactions.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the internal team for order processing, logistics and customer feedback handling.
Promote the brand and product line effectively in assigned territories.
