Job Description

Require a candidate for sales of industrial packaging products to industrial clients.

Position: Field Sales Executive

Sales Territory: Gujarat state

Job Responsibilities will include:

1. Generate new leads and convert prospects into business for:

- Industrial packing products (desiccants, specialized packing films, pallets, etc)

- Industrial staplers, pneumatic tools, consumables, etc

2. Visit customer sites to understand applications and recommend suitable products and

solutions.

3. Maintain detailed records of visits, inquiries, sales activities, and prospects

4. Conduct product demos and training for potential clients.

5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, handles any queries/concerns,

aftersales support, and follow-up for repeat orders

6. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to close deals.

7. Accountability for full sales cycle till the payment is received

8. Track competitor offerings, pricing, and industry trends.

9. Self generated target and assumptions on which these targets are made

10. Maintain accurate sales reports with target tracking, customer data, and documentation

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales in manufacturing sector

- Technical knowledge and preferably experience in packaging material, tools, etc.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel frequently within Gujarat

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
