We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base through direct field visits and client meetings. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting clients face-to-face, presenting products/services, and closing deals while building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Generate sales through regular field visits and client meetings.
Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to potential customers.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals successfully.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (freshers with strong interest can apply).
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel locally for field work.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools is a plus.
