- Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Sales Executive to expand our Construction Chemicals business in the Ahmedabad region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project sales, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our range of construction chemical products to contractors, applicators, builders, consultants, and project sites.
- Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new project opportunities in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, architects, and applicators.
Promote and demonstrate construction chemical products at project sites.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct site visits, product trials, and application support when required.
Generate enquiries and convert leads into successful orders.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the technical and operations team for timely delivery and support.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments.
- Qualifications & Skills
1-4 years of experience in Construction Chemicals - Project Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Technical understanding of construction chemical products (e.g., waterproofing, grouts, repair mortars, coatings, admixtures).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must be comfortable with field visits and project follow-ups.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
