Job Role



The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving direct field-based sales by meeting contractors, corporate clients, traders, and end users to generate business opportunities. The role involves establishing and nurturing relationships, identifying prospects, converting leads into sales, and achieving revenue targets through consistent market engagement and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct regular client visits to contractors, corporates, traders, and end users to explore new business opportunities.

Attend lead-based meetings generated through online/offline channels and convert them into potential sales.

Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and professional communication.

Understand customer needs and project requirements to provide accurate and customized quotations.

Manage negotiations and commercial discussions to finalize orders within approved margins.

Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) for smooth execution and delivery.

Maintain detailed records of leads, visits, quotations, and closures using CRM or ERP tools.

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly field activity reports to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
