Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Experience: 1-3 Years (Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our children's play zone services and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, explaining play zone concepts, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential clients such as schools, malls, societies, resorts, cafes, and commercial spaces
Generate new leads through field visits, references, and cold calling
Present play zone concepts, layouts, and product benefits to customers
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations and designs
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and order confirmations
Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM or sales records
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market feedback and competitor information
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation preferred (Any stream)
Good communication and convincing skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones
Willingness to travel extensively
Passion for sales and customer interaction
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in play equipment, kids activity products, furniture, or related industries
Local area knowledge is an advantage
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
