CRM & Reporting
: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Market Presence
: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.
Target Achievement
: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in
field sales
, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients across all organizational levels.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and modern sales technology.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
