Identify, generate, and qualify new leads in the textile market.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
2. Sales & Market Development
Conduct regular field visits, market outreach, and product promotions.
Identify potential business opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
Present and promote products/services to wholesalers, retailers, and other potential clients.
3. Territory Management
Manage assigned sales territories effectively, including textile markets, dealers, wholesalers, and retail networks.
Maintain an organized schedule of field visits and client meetings.
4. Reporting & Market Feedback
Provide daily reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance.
Share relevant market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback with the management team.
5. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Contribute to revenue growth through proactive sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (required).
2-4 years of proven experience as a Field Sales Executive in any industry (textile experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple territories.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
