Looking for a proactive Field Sales professional to drive customer acquisition, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new customers through field visits, calls, and networking
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
Provide sales forecasts and reports to management
Gather customer feedback and market insights
Represent the company at trade shows and events
Travel locally to meet clients and prospects
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience in filtration, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or equipment manufacturing preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand technical products and communicate value to customers
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Self-motivated with good time-management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
