to promote and sell our cosmetic and personal care products. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with retail shops, beauty stores, salons, distributors, and wholesalers, achieving sales targets, and expanding business in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retail cosmetic shops, general stores, salons, beauty parlours, and distributors daily to generate sales.
Promote and demonstrate cosmetic products to customers and store owners.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure growth in assigned areas.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Manage order booking, delivery follow-up, and payment collection.
Maintain product display, brand visibility, and merchandising at retail counters.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit activity updates to the manager.
Work closely with marketing team for promotional campaigns, sampling activities, and events.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience (FMCG/Cosmetics/Pharma preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build good customer relationships.
Self-motivated and target oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
