Explain product features, technical specifications, and benefits to customers.
Generate leads, conduct market research, and develop new business opportunities.
Follow up with clients for inquiries, quotations, and order closures.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support when required.
Coordinate with the technical/service team for machine installations and demonstrations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or reporting formats.
Attend exhibitions, trade shows, or industry events when needed.
Handle customer negotiations professionally and communicate company policies clearly.
