Role Summary:
We're looking for a proactive
Field Sales Executive
to drive business growth. You will identify prospects, present product demos, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits and networking
Conduct client meetings and deliver product demonstrations
Achieve sales targets and follow up on leads
Maintain strong customer relationships
Report daily sales activities and market insights
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
2+ years of experience in field sales or direct client-facing roles (B2B/B2C preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales territory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or the local language
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with daily travel and field visits
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in SaaS or B2B sales is a plus
CRM knowledge (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is desirable
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude
