Job Description

responsibilities:



Identify and visit potential customers to promote FMCG products. Generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve assigned sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and availability. Collect market insights on pricing, competitor activity, and customer trends. Ensure timely order booking, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM/tools.

Requirements:



Preferred Industry Experience:

FMCG sector. 1-5 years of field sales experience in FMCG or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Willingness to travel extensively for field visits. Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
