We are seeking a motivated

Field Sales Executive

with strong skills in

B2B sales and lead generation

. The role involves meeting business clients, presenting products/services, generating new leads, and achieving sales targets through field visits and follow-ups.

Responsibilities:



Identify and generate

B2B leads

through field visits, networking, and market research Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business negotiations Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, and after-sales support Track sales activities and prepare daily/weekly reports

Skills Required:



Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of B2B sales processes Lead generation and client acquisition ability Field sales experience and market awareness Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM preferred) Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven

Experience:



Minimum

1 year

of experience in

field sales / B2B sales


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
