Role Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Field Sales Executive

to join our team at

Inddig Media Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our

digital marketing packages

to potential clients, understanding their business needs, and closing deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Present and explain

digital marketing services

(SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, etc.) to business owners and decision-makers. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable marketing solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly

sales targets

. Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals effectively. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery post-sales. Maintain accurate records of sales, meetings, and client interactions in CRM or reports. Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and industry gatherings.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Basic understanding of digital marketing services and trends. Confidence in meeting business owners and decision-makers. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to work in the field. Good organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

Minimum Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in

field sales

, preferably in

digital marketing, advertising, or media sales

.

Fresher

with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Compensation:



Salary:
