Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Software Sales Executive

to promote and sell our textile industry-focused software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting software demos, and closing deals with textile manufacturers and production houses.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential clients in the

textile industry

, including mills and manufacturers. Understand customer needs, pain points, and workflows to recommend suitable software solutions. Conduct product demos, both in-person and online, highlighting key features and benefits. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and follow up regularly. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Stay updated with the textile domain trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:



Proven interest or experience in

B2B software sales

; experience in selling to the textile industry is highly preferred. Strong understanding of the textile business environment and its operational challenges. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, business-focused language. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel to client locations if required.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic tech understanding (SaaS, cloud solutions). Experience in textile machinery, manufacturing software, or ERP sales is a plus.
