Job Summary:



We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented

Field Sales Executives

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, promoting solar energy solutions, and achieving sales targets across various cities in Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Meet potential residential and commercial customers to explain product offerings and services. Understand customer requirements and provide customized solar energy solutions. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and customer support. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements:



Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline). Proven experience in

field sales / direct sales / B2C sales

preferred (experience in solar industry will be an added advantage). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within Gujarat. Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
