Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and promote company products in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective clients. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. Prepare and submit daily sales reports and feedback to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively. Basic computer and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
