Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned areas through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Meet potential customers to present solar energy solutions and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
Conduct site surveys with the technical team to assess feasibility and requirements.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to provide accurate solutions and proposals.
Keep updated records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM or reports.
Stay updated with solar industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven 1-3 years of experience in field sales (solar/renewable energy/electrical products preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory.
