Field Sales Executive

to expand our client base and promote financial products such as

Mutual Funds

and

Life Insurance

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and successfully closing deals through direct interaction in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit clients and prospects in the field to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate mutual fund and life insurance solutions. Generate leads by networking, referrals, and prospecting through various channels. Educate customers about products, investment options, and benefits to help them make informed decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and problem-solving. Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools or other reporting mechanisms. Address client queries, provide product demonstrations, and resolve issues promptly. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in mutual funds, life insurance, or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel frequently.
