We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales efforts in the Maharashtra region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales, communication, and customer engagement skills, with prior experience in the solar industry or B2C sales. This role involves identifying and acquiring new customers, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify potential customers in the B2C market and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition and engagement.
Conduct site visits to evaluate customer requirements, assess feasibility, and tailor solutions accordingly.
Customer Engagement and Support:
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Use strong convincing skills to promote solar products and services.
Market Research and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the solar industry.
Gather and analyse competitor and customer data to develop effective sales strategies.
Reporting and Coordination:
Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and post-sales support.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
MBA in Sales & Marketing, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or B.E/M.E in Electrical Engineering or Any Graduate.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the B2C sales.
Skills Required:
Proven sales and negotiation skills.Strong communication and customer relationship-building abilities.
Expertise in market research and understanding of B2C dynamics.
