Key Responsibilities:
Basic Computer
Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct property site visits and guide clients through different project options.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal formalities clearly.
Generate leads through field networking, referrals, cold visits, and promotional events.
Follow up with prospects regularly to convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers.
Negotiate prices and terms, and close property deals effectively.
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and market trends.
Stay updated on current market offerings, competitor activities, and property laws.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a field sales executive, real estate agent, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property documentation, and regulations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
1-2years of field sales experience; real estate experience strongly preferred.
