Key Responsibilities:
Actively visit potential clients in assigned areas to promote and sell products/services.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Identify new market opportunities and relay insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service to clients.
Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities, leads generated, and market trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.
Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; knowledge of English is a plus.
Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
