Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineer would be best fit
Technical knowledge in manufacturing or engineering is an advantage.
2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Understanding manufacturing processes and supply chain is beneficial.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
