We are looking for a salesgirl to be a part of field sales campaign. The product could be selling tickets for events, raising money for charitable causes by spreading awareness, and executing similar sales/event management campaigns on field.
The role is suitable for someone who is confident and has a strong personality. No experience or minimum degree is necessary for the job. The most important skill needed is confidence while being there in crowded places and answering onlookers questions with smile and kindness.
Along with confidence, smooth communication skill and carrying formal clothes with poise is a must.
We do not have a probation or a strict interview process but a 2-3 hours on-field test to check the candidate for real results. If the candidate is able to sell through even a single ticket, she'll be on-board immediately with monthly targets.
If a basic target is achieved, a 25% bonus on base salary is on the cards from the very first month.
Note: No certain experience or educational qualification is required. Confidence, pleasing personality, and communication skills are a must.
