Our garment company is looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Field Sales Executive
to sell old stock (T-shirts and ready-made garments) in the market. The candidate will build relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and shop owners to systematically clear stock.
Key Responsibilities
Visit markets daily to meet retailers/wholesalers and collect orders.
Create and follow a sales plan to sell old stock.
Show samples to buyers, negotiate, and close deals.
Keep records of orders and prepare simple daily sales reports.
Coordinate with warehouse/production teams for delivery.
Achieve monthly sales targets and suggest promotions for slow-moving items.
Collect payments and submit on time as per company policy.
Gather customer feedback and share market insights.
Required Skills / Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred, not mandatory).
2-3 years of field sales experience (Garments/Wholesale/FMCG preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Confident in direct selling and ready for market travel.
Basic knowledge of record keeping (Excel/WhatsApp).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and reliable.
Two-wheeler with license preferred.
