Hiring: Field Sales Executive (Full-Time, On-field)

Monday to Saturday |

Timing:

10 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for

energetic and persuasive Field Sales Executives

who are passionate about marketing and sales. This is a

fully on-field role

where you'll travel across Bangalore (and occasionally other regions) to generate leads, meet customers, and close deals.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Minimum 10+2 / PUC pass

Experience:

6 months - 1 year in sales/marketing preferred

Languages:

Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and basic English Excellent communication & convincing skills Basic knowledge of online/WhatsApp/social media marketing (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through door-to-door, cold calling & references Meet potential clients and pitch products/services Work with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries Follow up on payments and maintain client relations Prepare daily reports and share market feedback Identify and tap into local dealers and clubs Build a loyal customer base by delivering excellent service
