We are seeking

highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executives

to expand our presence in the vibrant markets of

Gurgaon

. This role is ideal for an

MBA fresher from a reputable college

with a strong understanding of marketing and sales principles. You will be instrumental in driving our brand's visibility and sales in these crucial regions.

Responsibilities:



Regional Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory in South Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, or Gurgaon. This includes identifying potential customers and developing robust sales plans tailored to the local market.

Relationship Building:

Forge and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers across the retail, distribution, and HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, and cafes) segments within your designated region.

Product Promotion & Market Penetration:

Effectively present, promote, and sell Toyo Kombucha's beverage products, actively working to increase product placement and market share in your area.

Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities, understand consumer preferences, and stay informed about competitor activities specific to your region.

Negotiation & Closing:

Skillfully negotiate sales deals and close sales with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

Prepare regular, detailed sales reports and analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement within your territory.

Brand Visibility Enhancement:

Actively participate in local marketing initiatives and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement in your assigned region.

What We're Looking For:



An

MBA fresher from a reputable college

with a solid grasp of marketing and sales fundamentals. A strong desire to build a career in

field sales

within the fast-paced Food & Beverage industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while being a collaborative team player. Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and achieve ambitious sales targets.
