Field Sales Executive - CA Firm (Finance & Investment Services)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive with knowledge of

mutual funds, insurance, and financial services

to join our CA firm. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients, and promoting our services in accounting, taxation, investments, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach prospective clients (SMEs, startups, corporates, and individuals). Promote CA firm services including accounting, GST, taxation, company registration, auditing, and advisory. Explain and cross-sell financial products such as

mutual funds, life/health/general insurance, and investment planning solutions

. Conduct field visits, presentations, and client meetings to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets. Keep updated with financial markets, taxation policies, mutual fund schemes, and insurance regulations. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM/records.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Knowledge of

mutual funds, SIPs, life & health insurance, and financial planning

. Understanding of taxation, compliance, and financial services. Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities. Self-driven, target-focused, and willing to travel for client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration. 1-3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in financial services, insurance, or CA firms). IRDA or AMFI certification (preferred but not mandatory). Freshers with finance knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.
