We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Outdoor Media industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and selling outdoor advertising solutions. You'll work on the ground to grow the client base, maintain relationships, and ensure revenue growth in your assigned territory.
Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations.
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends in assigned areas.
Report field insights to the management team.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports on sales activities, client feedback, and forecasts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
5-6 years in field sales, preferably in media, advertising, or a B2B environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of media planning and advertising concepts.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
