Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Field Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential students, pitching our courses, and converting prospects into students. This is an on-field role that requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up, and a go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential students and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Visit schools, colleges, corporates, relevant target locations to promote courses. Understand students needs and pitch appropriate solutions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Provide daily visit reports and market feedback to the team. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: 12th pass; 1-3 years of field sales experience (preferred), especially

in the education sector

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Should be comfortable with local travel. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
