Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to meet potential clients such as schools, colleges, and students.
Pitch educational services/products (like online learning platforms, courses, or test prep solutions).
Generate leads through cold calls, references, and local market research.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers effectively.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure timely closures.
Prepare and share daily visit reports and updates with the manager.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in the education sector (e.g., Byju's, Vedantu, Toppr, etc.).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
