Role Overview



We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and a passion for building client relationships. This is a field-intensive role based in Delhi NCR with travel across India. The Sales Executive will engage with hospitals, clinics, IVF centres, dieticians, personal trainers, consultants, legal professionals, and other key stakeholders to promote our DNA & forensic testing services, create awareness, and build long-term business relationships that drive sustainable client adoption.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors. Conduct field visits and client meetings in Delhi NCR and other states. Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, hospitals, and legal professionals. Promote and present DNA & forensic testing services to potential clients. Conduct market research to track trends and customer needs. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and business reports. Maintain strong organizational efficiency by planning the upcoming month's visits in advance Document and record every client meeting, follow-up, and communication in an organized manner.

Professional Experience



2-5 years of experience in

Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations

, preferably in the

medical or healthcare sector

. Prior experience in

pharma sales

or in promoting

services to doctors, hospitals, or healthcare providers

is highly desirable. Candidates should be confident and comfortable in directly engaging with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare decision-makers.

Skills



Fluency in

English and Hindi

(spoken and written). Strong

presentation, negotiation, and networking abilities

with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined

, with the ability to work independently. Excellent

organizational skills

- able to plan visits in advance, manage schedules, and document all client interactions. Willingness to

travel extensively

for client meetings across regions.

Preference

will be given to candidates with prior

field sales or B2B experience in the healthcare/pharma sector
