We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Field Sales Executive
to expand our presence across
Delhi NCR
. The role involves regular market visits, onboarding new clients, and generating consistent repeat orders from retailers, distributors, cafes, and institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retail outlets, distributors, and potential clients across Delhi NCR
Generate regular sales orders and ensure repeat business
Open new accounts and expand distribution reach
Execute sales targets and contribute to brand visibility in the market
Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and order tracking
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
Ensure professional conduct and strong client relationships
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum
5 years of experience
in FMCG sales
Preference given to candidates from bakery, biscuits, confectionery, or food brands
Strong understanding of retail sales and distributor handling
Comfortable with extensive field travel within Delhi NCR
Ability to report daily and maintain basic sales documentation
Professional attitude, good communication, and negotiation skills
