Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive Pan-India sales of
AI vision-based inspection solutions
for manufacturing lines
Identify and develop opportunities with:
Smart meter manufacturers
Electronics manufacturing units (EMS)
Electrical & industrial product factories
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation ? demo ? POC ? commercial closure
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise customers
Consultative & Technical Selling
Understand customer production processes and quality inspection challenges
Position the AI inspection system as a
replacement for manual inspection
Explain system capabilities such as:
Component presence detection
Assembly verification
Defect detection
Accuracy, repeatability, and throughput improvement
Coordinate demos, pilot projects, and factory trials with technical teams
Stakeholder & Account Management
Engage with:
Plant Heads
Quality Heads
Production Managers
Automation / Maintenance Teams
Procurement & Management
Manage long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)
3+ years of
B2B industrial sales experience
Strong exposure to
factory / manufacturing environments
Experience selling one or more of the following:
Factory automation solutions
Machine vision / industrial cameras
Quality inspection systems
Industrial equipment or software
Industry 4.0 solutions
Ability to understand:
PCBs, electronic components, soldering points
Assembly & inspection processes on production lines
