Role Overview
The Field Sales Executive will work in the market to increase sales, expand retail coverage, and ensure strong availability and visibility of chocolate and FMCG products. The role involves daily store visits, order booking, and effective execution at the outlet level.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retail stores as per route plan to take orders and achieve sales targets
Increase distribution by adding new retail outlets in the assigned area
Ensure products are available, properly displayed, and rotated to avoid expiry
Execute in-store promotions, schemes, and visibility activities
Maintain good relationships with retailers and distributors
Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, schemes, and new products
Coordinate with distributors for timely supply and stock replenishment
Share daily sales updates and market feedback with the reporting manager
Candidate Profile
Experience in FMCG field sales, preferably chocolates or confectionery
Familiar with general trade and local retail markets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented with willingness to work in the field
Comfortable with extensive travel within the territory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
