FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

JOBDESCRIPTION (Ayurvedic & WellnessProducts)

Position:

Field Sales Executive (Offline - City Wise)

Industry:

Ayurveda, Wellness Products & Kits

Reporting to:

Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

? Visit Ayurvedic stores, organic shops, medical shops, yoga studios, naturopathycentres,Gym.

? Demonstrate wellness kits & explain product benefits

? Generate orders from retailers

? Achieve monthly sales targets

? Develop and maintain beat plan

? Build relations with yoga trainers, spas, therapists, Gym trainers

? Collect market feedback & competitor info

? Ensure proper display of products at shops

? Follow up for payments & repeat orders

Eligibility

0.5-3 years in Ayurveda / FMCG / Pharma sales

Skills

? Good communication + product demo skills

? Should know the local market well

? 2-wheeler preferred

? Interest in wellness/health field is a plus Salary + Incentives

? Salary: ?12,000 - ?18,000 (city dependent)

? Incentives: 3-8% sales commission

? Travel allowance (as per policy)
