We are looking for self-driven Field Sales Executives to drive our rapid expansion. Your primary mission is to identify, engage, and register property owners (homeowners and shopkeepers) to join our advertising network.

Your Goal: Find partners $to$ Explain the income model $to$ Secure a successful registration.

? Territory Management: Systematically cover your assigned local area.

? Direct Engagement: Meet with property owners face-to-face and passionately explain the benefit of earning ?500-?1,500 daily by hosting an LED ad board.

? Lead Generation: Collect essential property and contact details from interested parties.

? Registration: Follow up to finalize and complete the registration process with Brain Dot Media.

Who We Need (Candidate Profile)

If you are serious about achieving targets and are comfortable working without a manager looking over your shoulder, you are an ideal fit.

Essential Requirements:

? Experience: 1-3 years in Field Sales, B2C/Direct Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.

? Communication: Excellent convincing and people skills.

? Language: Fluency in Hindi, English, and the local regional language is mandatory.

? Tools: Must own a smartphone and have basic digital literacy for data collection.
