What You'll Do
Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with venues like cafes, gyms, coworking spaces Etc.
Own your zone -- from cold outreach to on-ground visits and deal closures
Deliver a clear, compelling pitch on how UrjaBox adds value for both businesses and their customers
Build long-term relationships with business owners and venue managers
Coordinate installations and onboarding with internal teams
Track, report, and exceed monthly sales and onboarding targets
Represent UrjaBox at networking events, expos, and local activations
Who You Are
2-3 years of field sales, B2B partnerships, or business development experience
Comfortable with cold visits, client meetings, and closing deals on the go
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knows the Delhi NCR local business landscape (especially F&B, fitness, salons, coworking)
Self-starter, motivated by targets and growth
Fluent in English and Hindi
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field ( own vechile)
What You'll Get
Fixed Salary: 80% of total compensation
Performance Incentives: 20% (based on clear monthly/quarterly targets)
