Job Description

Visit retail stores and outlets

in assigned areas to promote and sell men's fashion products

Explain product features, fabric quality, and styling benefits

to retailers and sales staff

Drive product visibility and push sales

to meet and exceed targets

Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with retailers and distributors

Gather and report market feedback

on product acceptance, pricing strategies, and competitor activity

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Plan daily and weekly sales routes

to optimize coverage of assigned territories

Prepare accurate and timely daily sales reports

and submit them to the sales manager

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional events

to boost brand presence

Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams

to ensure product availability at retail points

Resolve retailer queries and issues promptly to ensure smooth operations

Identify new retail opportunities and potential clients in the assigned area

Provide suggestions for new products or improvements based on customer and retailer feedback

Manage own transport and logistics for timely store visits

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep the brand competitive


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
