Role Overview:



We are looking for

dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executives

to drive on-ground client acquisition and property onboarding for advertising purposes.
You'll engage with homeowners and partners, promoting our

house/villa advertising model

and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify potential house/villa owners for advertising partnerships. Conduct 8-10 field meetings daily.

Client Onboarding & Sales Closure



Explain benefits and the overall earning model. Collect onboarding fees from each property. Achieve monthly onboarding targets.

Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners. Ensure transparent communication on campaigns and processes.

Documentation & Reporting



Maintain daily reports, CRM entries, and collection records.

Field Operations



Conduct territory mapping and identify premium advertising locations.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

Graduate or Diploma holder (any stream)

Experience:

1-3 years in Field Sales, Real Estate, FMCG, Advertising, or B2C Marketing

Skills Required:



Excellent communication & negotiation skills Confident and persuasive in client-facing roles Local area knowledge & fluency in regional language Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Performance Metrics:



Daily Meetings: 8-10 per day Monthly Onboardings: 50 houses/villas Territory Coverage: 100% of assigned area
