Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential house/villa owners for advertising partnerships.
Conduct 8-10 field meetings daily.

Client Onboarding & Sales Closure
Explain benefits and the overall earning model.
Collect onboarding fees from each property.
Achieve monthly onboarding targets.

Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
Ensure transparent communication on campaigns and processes.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily reports, CRM entries, and collection records.

Field Operations
Conduct territory mapping and identify premium advertising locations.
Candidate Requirements:

Education:
Graduate or Diploma holder (any stream)

Experience:
1-3 years in Field Sales, Real Estate, FMCG, Advertising, or B2C Marketing
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Confident and persuasive in client-facing roles
Local area knowledge & fluency in regional language
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Personal Attributes:

Performance Metrics:
Daily Meetings: 8-10 per day
Monthly Onboardings: 50 houses/villas
